We are closed todayand will be back Monday with normal hours all of next week. You may remember I was off this Saturday last year for a 99th birthday? Well she’s only gone and done it so we are having a 100th lunch and a much deserved 🍷for the birthday girl 🩷🎂💐. Pic of Maeve for attention. 🩷🐾🩷

The shop will reopen on Friday with normal hours bar a couple of closed days in the next few weeks. It will be as normal a service as I can manage. I lost my Dad yesterday after a very short illness and we are dealing with the process as best we can as a family 💔
Thank you for understanding.

🤩 MASSIVE THANK YOU! 🤩

Lynne at McColm's The Jeweller has been so kind to sponsor a recycling box for our blister packs. We're so grateful for this and would like to thank you for your continued support.

As some of you will know, we've been recycling medicinal blister packs in the Hub for the past year. In that time we've collected over 200kg of them, which have been sent off to be recycled. That's a huge amount, especially when you consider that each blister pack weighs roughly 0.25g, we'll leave you to do the maths.

Now for the part that some of you won't know, each box costs the charity more than £100, which, when you realise we can fill a box in 3 weeks, adds up to a substantial amount of money over the year, but we feel that this is something that we have to do as we know how long these things take to break down in landfill.

If you or a group you know would like to sponsor one of our boxes please get in touch, either on here, the Eco Hub or [email protected]

I will be open tomorrow 9-2. Closed Wednesday as usual but I can’t be sure about any other days at the moment.
