A very Spookilicious start to the Halloween month of October. Patty has raided her Trollbead collection to produce an aptly scary creation as we all brush off our spooky costumes to wear at the end of the month.

Autumn is now in full swing and our bead brands are bringing out Halloween and Autumn designs which we will keep stocked up. If we sell out, we can usually restock very quickly so keep an eye on your favorite beads.

Remember we have World Smile Day in October along with World Mental Health Day on 10th when we should remember to look out for those struggling across the world.

Of course, we could not ignore Halloween on the 31st when treats galore are handed out to children disguised as witches. skeletons and ghouls. Just make sure everyone stays safe!

Tourmaline and Opal are the birthstones for the months and many Scorpians and Librans will be celebrating their birthdays across October. Only one birth flower is listed, Calendula but there are a variety of shades and colours available!

Enjoy the new releases and keep an eye out for the regular Giveaways. OHM and Redbalifrog remain on offer throughout the year along with the 5 for 4 Elfbead deal.

Black Raven have updated their Van Gogh and Enchantress Collections with some sleeker versions following customer feedback.

The Magic Within

The Enchantress collection continues to grow.

What began with silver charms representing unification, manifestation, purification, protection and transformation now welcomes two new expressions of the sacred feminine in handcrafted lampwork glass.

The flowers known as Moonlit Bloom and Violet Spell are introduced into the world of the Enchantress; they are delicate and mysterious blossoms made of glass and set among the darkness of night.

Magic isn't always to be found in obvious places.
Sometimes it is found in intuition.
Sometimes it is found in transformation.
And sometimes it is simply found in the courage to trust ourselves.

A New Chapter Beneath the Stars

“The sight of the stars makes me dream.”
Some designs deserve a second life.
The original Van Gogh collection was one of those collections. Its first-edition silver beads were deliberately substantial, small, dense and heavy in the hand, almost like little silver cannonballs. They became unmistakable Black Raven pieces and, with their retirement, have now become part of the collection's history.

The Van Gogh 2026 Edition takes the story in a new direction.
The silver beads are larger yet more finely crafted. The Starry Night and Sunflowers designs have been reinterpreted, and the Starry Night stopper now features decoration all the way around, so it looks beautiful from any angle—it is not just from the front.
We've also revisited the glass designs. The Starry Night glass has been redesigned, while the Sunflower

Glass has undergone a particularly significant transformation, including its characteristic stem.
And then there is something completely new:
Starry Night XL. It is a larger glass version of Van Gogh's swirling night sky, designed to serve as a statement piece in a
bracelet.
Two experimental limited-edition glass designs complete the new chapter: Sunflowers Under the Stars and Sunflowers by Moonlight.
There are two different ways of seeing the same flower—one when it is beneath a sky filled with stars and the other when it is under the light of the moon.
