Have you been feeling like this young dunnock lately? Me too! The cooler weather is now on its way and we can all start feeling a little more human and able to go outdoors again.
Meanwhile, after a closure of almost 2 weeks Odonata Studios is open again today.
(Please note, the young bird was fine and after sitting like this for a few minutes he hopped down to the ground and drank from the stream before flying off into the trees)

So while we should be sunning ourselves on the glorious sands of Scarborough this last week, we unfortunately had to cancel our holiday because Mr Odonata Studios was rushed by ambulance (over a period of 5 days, don't ask) into hospital.
So I thought I might as well be here as be sitting round waiting for visitor hours.

Moss agate is a really fascinating gem being translucent with dark green mossy inclusions giving the illusion of holding a tiny forest or garden within.

What can we see through the round window, boys and girls? (IYKYK)
Well not a lot through it, truth be told, because the rest of the photo is blurry, but IN the window...you can see a magical crystal garden. With a ring of LED lights hidden within the metal frame and shining through the crystals this mood lamp is lovely enough to delight even the most choosey of fairies and it's operated via a USB cable, so no expensive batteries here.
