“Thank you so much. I’m so happy with how you’ve created this, and so grateful for your kindness and compassion too. Now he will be with me always.”

Receiving messages like this truly means the world.
I recently had the honour of creating a silver paw pendant in memory of a beautiful black cat called Sam. His ashes were carefully set within the piece using black enamel, alongside some of his fur and one tiny claw, making it deeply personal and unique to him.

There were also some very fine ashes that were too delicate to place into the pendant itself, so I created a small “pocket hug” keepsake with the remaining ashes, so every part of Sam could stay close to his owner.

It is always such a privilege to be trusted with something so precious and filled with love.

This plate was calling to me from across the shop, and the moment I saw it I couldn’t believe my luck!
I’ve been searching for butterflies for such a long time, and this is the first one I’ve found some.
It felt as though they were saying, please turn us into something beautiful again. 🦋
These will be the only two butterfly pendants I make from this piece, so I’m hoping the cutting gods are with me 🤞

Each butterfly pendant symbolises transformation, a reminder that we can change and turn life’s broken pieces into something beautiful and for thr better.
That is always my wish for everyone and the wearer too 💞

Every piece I create is bespoke, handmade with care, and often holds special meaning for the person who chooses it. Whether it’s broken china given a new life instead of landfill, or a forgotten family piece transformed from an old cupboard gathering dust into something treasured again, each one carries its own story.

I pour love and energy healing into everything I make, and I’m so excited to see this beautiful plate become something new to be worn close to the heart. 🦋
(may be hard to part with these ones, as I have a blue butterfly tattoo on my shoulder - done many years ago, but still loved!)

If one of these speaks to you, feel free to send me a message.

💚 Jewellery with Soul, Spirit & Story 💚

Hi, I’m Trisha, the maker, and hands behind Created by Trisha Wood, nestled in the peaceful countryside of Somerset, UK.

I live surrounded by nature, creating at a slower, more mindful way of life with my 2 Cockers Spaniels by my side.
Everything I create is made with deep intention, love, and care.
I’m a spiritual soul, and believe the energy we put into something truly matters.

My jewellery is about connection, to loved ones, to memories, to healing, and to the natural world around us. Every piece is created with with calm, presence, and respect, holding not just materials, but meaning, emotion, and good vibrations 🤲.

Memorial Jewellery
Each piece respectfully handcrafted to honour those we never stop loving. Created with care and healing intention, it’s a way to keep them close, always with you, held near your heart and carried through your day. 💞

Broken China Jewellery
I passionately transform broken or forgotten UK bone china into one-of-a-kind jewellery. Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, the philosophy of mending what is broken and finding beauty in its history. Each piece is hand-cut, sanded, and set with alot of patience and care, breathing new life into something once treasured.

China, the traditional symbol of a 20th anniversary, makes these pieces especially meaningful, a celebration of lasting love, shared stories, and new beginnings.

I am eco concious and recyle where possible, saving china from land fill and using beautiful eco packing too. All my hand made pieces are sent gift with home grown dried flowers & seeds.
Nature is at the heart of everything I do. I work in harmony with it, feeling inspired, the colours and beauty. Creating in this way allows me to bring a sense of peace and healing into every piece I make. 🌎

To those who have supported me and to those just finding me, thank you truly, from the bottom of my heart. Your support means everything. 💝

If you’ve read this far, thank you 💚 My inbox is always open if you’d like to chat, ask questions, or simply connect.

hiya Can I have your help, please?
I can’t decide 🐦
Should I have this wee little bird pointing upwards or downwards?
This is taken from a vintage willow pattern plate, and I’m turning it into a delicate piece of broken china jewellery. I love how delicate the little bird is, but I’m not sure which way looks more balanced and aesthetically pleasing.
I’d really value your opinion, what do you think?

A little behind the scenes for you. 🥰
Not everyone sees this part of the process or even knows about it, as i keep forgetting to mention about 🙈😅

When I create my broken china pendants, this is one of the details that makes each piece so special that I include.

While grinding the china, a very fine dust forms inside the machine (which needs a small amount of water to keep everything cool). Every couple of days, I let that water dry out completely, leaving behind this fine dust powder. Instead of putting on the bin, I scrape it up and save it to use when I’m setting the pendants.
This i do by mixing the powder of the cut reclaimed china dust into the resin for setting/fixing.
This means I’m not only recycling the china itself, but also the finest fragments of it too, a kind of double recycling, maybe?! ♻️
The resin securely sets the pieces in place and makes them waterproof, (though i do recommend removing in the shower) whilst the grouting around the edges adds that finishing touch.
It’s one of those tiny steps that I now do all the time, but it all goes into making each piece as beautiful and meaningful as possible for the person who purchaces a piece and for the weares 🥰

All hand made with love and ALOT of air to detail 💞

Easter weekend marked a very special moment for my Husband and I, twas our 25th wedding anniversary 🤍
After nearly a year of planning, we celebrated last Saturday with our closest friends and family, many of whom we’ve shared 25+ years of memories with.

We were completely blown away by how many people came together to celebrate. 💞
People travelled from near and far to be with us, (plane, trains and automobiles!) from all over the UK and my brother in law travelled from Australia to be with us too. 🥰
It is incredibly moving to have so many beautiful people in our lives and to be sharing such a special milestone together. 💝
The night was everything we hoped for and more, full of laughter, dancing, and so much joy.
We even had our Morris teams dancing too.
My amazing son kept the party going
🎶, the food was perfect by the beautiful venue and my lovely sister had the amazing beautiful cake made too.
Our theme was silver, and so many people embraced it, making the whole evening feel even more magical,
and of course, we brought a bit of fun, dressing as Magenta and Riff Raff from Rocky Horror felt perfectly “us” after years of fancy dress and unforgettable nights together.
25 years of marriage, 30 years together, and still dancing, laughing, and making memories ❤️ ( i now ache but it was worth every moment!)

Received this testimonial this morning and I’m honestly blown away 💝
Hearing how much the purchaser loves his piece, means the world to me.
I always put so much time, dedication, and thought into each pendant, and offer regular updates along the way is something I really enjoy, so it’s incredibly special to know that is felt and appreciated. 💞

The process for each broken china piece is a mix of carefully sourced china, for chosen designs, thoughtfully designed, choice of silver and made to be truly one of a kind. Totally bespoke.

A quiet glimpse behind the scenes of my week creating memorial pieces.
Each enquiry I receive carries its own story, yet so many are centred around beloved family pets. It is something that never fails to touch me deeply. 💞

Having experienced the loss of my own dog, as well as many cherished cats over the years, I have an empathy just how profound that bond is.
Our pets are with us for their entire lives, and in that time, they become part of the very fabric of our hearts.
The love we share with them is enduring and unconditional. 🥰

I am currently working on a beautiful piece for a very special doggy, who will be carefully placed within a Tree of Life locket.
Alongside this, I am completing a set of beads for a returning lovely lady, honouring her much-loved companions once more. 💝💝

It is always a true privilege to be entrusted with something so meaningful.

One of the most special aspects of my work is the connection I feel to each pet. Their unique nature often comes through so clearly, whether gentle, playful, or full of character, and at times, I am able to share small, comforting messages with their owners.
This is something I hold with great honour, care and respect.

This dear little soul will soon be resting in his locket for his Mummy, and I look forward to sharing the finished piece with you very soon 🐾🐾🐾

Thank you, always, for placing your trust in me to honour your treasured companions. It is a responsibility I hold close to my heart. 🙏

Woohoo! 🎉
I am absolutely blown away that my Etsy shop has reached 2,300 sales!!! 🥰
Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine hitting a number like that.
A huge thank you to Steph at who gave me the shake-up I needed and helped me start taking my Etsy business seriously.
I’ve been on Etsy for 12 years, but for the first 8 years, I barely did anything. I had a few sales here and there and honestly didn’t even tell people I had a shop, thinking Etsy was “just like eBay.”
How wrong I was. Once I started taking my business seriously, everything changed.
A complete game-changer came when a gentleman asked if I could make a DIY kit so he could turn his wife’s breast milk into a pendant.
That single request completely changed my business path, and to my absolute surprise, I’ve now sold over 2,000 DIY breast milk kits. *shock*
Most of my customers are thoughtful, kind men buying gifts for their wives or partners, which makes every sale so meaningful. 💞
And it doesn’t stop there, I also love making broken china jewellery, which has grown alongside my kits.
Fun fact: almost 100% of those buyers are gents buying anniversary or special occasion gifts.
My market is basically 90% lovely, kind, thoughtful males 🥰
Thank you to everyone who’s supported my shop over the years, and of course, a huge shout-out to Handmade Boss for the guidance and inspiration.
Onwards and upwards! 🚀
I will as always have continue via my website to make my lovely memorial jewellery 🫶

2 yrs ago today we had to say goodbye to our darling Tilly. still hurts like hell. I miss her so much. People say 'you can get another' - We have another new playmate for Quincey, but its not her. 💔 She was my 1st dog. and I miss her silly quirks and being my soft placid side kick. She made me laugh, which i never knew a dog would!
Missing her today and every day and we know Quincey misses her too as if we see a roan like her he excitedly wants to say hello. 😔 then realises it not her. how do you explain that to a dog 😭
Our darling Tilly. bug.art so with you...
