I'm not simply making and shipping jewellery. I'm creating pieces that carry meaning, memories, stories, and sometimes deep emotions.
Whether it's a memorial piece made from a loved one's ashes or a piece of jewellery lovingly created from broken china, every item is important to me because I know it is important to you too.
As much love and care goes into the final gifting of my pieces as it does into making them from start to finish. Every detail matters. 💞
When I pack a completed order, it isn't simply placed in a bag and sent. (OMG don't think I could cope doing that! my OCD would go into overdrive! )
Each item is carefully boxed, gift-wrapped, and finished with little sentimental touches, such as dried flowers, and a hand written note.
why? because I believe the experience of receiving something special should feel just as precious as the item itself.
I've received gifts through the post that arrived in nothing more than a jiffy or grey plastic bag, and while that may suit some businesses, it has never been my way. Everything has to feel right, look right, and be received in the way it was intended, with thought, care, and compassion. 💝
This is simply who I am. I've always believed that showing care matters. The journey doesn't end when I've finished making a piece; it ends when it reaches its new home and is opened with the same love and attention that went into creating it.
For me, the presentation is part of the gift, and I enjoy that part too.
The unwrapping is part of the experience. And every customer deserves to feel how much care has gone into their order from the very beginning to the very end. 🥰
