Using up my scrap gold in all the best ways.

My new design - Fern & Orchid, with the orchid being the natural 0.70ct pink sapphire and the ferns being hand engraved by me. I've not engraved ferns before so I did have to message my friend (also a goldsmith) and ask her to wish me luck 😭🤣

I'm super happy with how she's turned out! 5mm wide, with a beautiful weight and feel! Size O and the sparkle on that sapphire is something else!

Something a little different today.

This beautiful solid gold full bangle engraved with leaves all around it, made using my customers left over gold from another project we worked on!

This bangle was made with about 10 grams of gold! It’s amazing what you can get out small amounts! 🥰🥰

My official deadline is November 1st. I can't believe its that time already?! but in the world of bespoke jewellery, Christmas is FAST approaching!

Please please please leave a comment to get this post seen by as many as possible, I don't want to disappoint anyone by having to turn them down if they come to me next month hoping to order for Christmas. 🎄🎄

Botanical Lace.

You all know I've been dabbling with engraving recently, One of my favourite things to engrave is botanicals, things like flowers and leaves as you might have noticed..... I also have a long standing love for vintage and lace - so the edges are scalloped like lace is.

I REALLY loved my last chunky gold ring, so I decided to do it again this time but I went bigger.....

Solid 14ct rose gold, a beautiful 0.30ct natural diamond hand engraved with bluebells. ☺🍂🐝

🎁🎁🎄🎄❄️❄️⛄ CHRISTMAS MARKETS!⛄⛄❄️⛄🎁🎄❄️

This year I'll be doing things differently, so I thought I should update all my customers on when and where I'll be doing christmas markets this year as I won't be at my normal places.

This year I am teaming up with my good friend Annabel The Goldsmith as we did the year before, It much more fun when you can be with a friend all day and have giggles whilst your working (strictly professional of course - although we have been known to randomly start dancing if the mood strikes, or If I get cold.....)

We will be at -
Llanerchaeron (I don't have a stall here this year, I'm helping annabel with hers this time) in early December.

The National Botanical Garden Of Wales - I'm really excited about this one because I LOVE the botanic gardens, and I've never done the christmas fair there before! This is November Sat 28 - Sun 29, 10am - 3pm.

Dinefwr! Another one I'm excited for, because its all new places this year that I've not done fairs at (although I have been to dinefwr with the family on days out) Dinefwr is 20th, 21st and 22nd of November 10-4pm.

We can't wait to see you all there! and if you are not local to Wales, don't worry! I'll be sharing plenty of makes and things on sale here that you can buy before the big day if your on the lookout for something special.

I'll be doing a cheaper silver range this year (Sadly it wont be REALLY cheap as even silvers expensive now) but It will be a lot less then gold! Hopefully, they'll be something for everyone!
