I bought the business in 2008 and have been in the jewellery trade since I was 16 years old. Jewellery and watches are my passion (as well as snowboarding, mountain-biking, and keeping the accountant/wife happy). At Andersons jewellers in Warwick, our primary goal is to leave people better than we found them. We try to make customers feel relaxed and comfortable in their experience with us. If we
can’t send people away with exactly what they came in for, we will do our best to advise them on the next best solution. We understand that happy customers will come back again, and a thriving business is built on repeat business and word-of-mouth. Moreover, it just feels good to help people. Along with good service, we offer good value products, and we will always welcome any opportunity to price-match, in gratitude for your considering to buy from us. Although we don’t yet sell online, we are more than happy to specially order in items for you – under no obligation – if we don’t have what you are looking for. We firmly believe that when we get the product right, the service right, and the customer experience right, you may come back and see us again; perhaps to buy something else, to show us the wedding photos boasting the wedding rings you bought from us, to bring in your baby to show off his new christening bangle, or simply to sit, chat, and pinch a sweet. As jewellers in Warwick we are extremely proud to be a member of the National Association of Goldsmiths (N.A.G.), as well as being part of the Company of Master Jewellers (CMJ), which is the leading buying group for jewellery in the UK. This means, whilst remaining independent, we can enjoy the advantages of the buying power that such a large organisation has. We deal with suppliers all over the world, and we always strive to have a good selection of items. As well as keeping one foot firmly in the traditional camp, we like to keep up with the latest trends, experimenting with new suppliers and new products. We always try to have something a bit different – something for everyone. In a nutshell, we are a happy bunch and proud to be a part of the community of Warwick. Hoping to see you soon,
Pete,
Owner.
