Justine runs and works in the Artisan workshop in West Wycombe Village. She has been working as a freelance commercial designer/ jeweller for over 14 years.

Hidden away in the National Trust village of West Wycombe, Artisan is a contemporary jewellers that specialises in making bespoke pieces of jewellery and remodelling old pieces to a high standard. Justine completed a degree in silversmithing after which she worked with a traditional jeweller for a year. Weekly highlights:

-Melting some platinum ready for a remodelling job 🔨

-The dimple rings from our highlights a few weeks ago are ready! We’re now just waiting on the full eternity band to complete the stack 😍✨

-Our newest addition to the stock cabinets is this gorgeous sapphire and gold necklace. Available to buy in the shop now and will also be on the website very soon!

-A super sparkly 2ct oval lab diamond we have in for a customer ✨

Weekly highlights:

-Browsing through stones ✨

-Very tempted by these pink sapphires, each one is a slightly different shade which makes them look especially beautiful when they are all together! We are currently thinking of a design to use these with 😏

-This sweet silver signet ring has been marked up! We mark out where we want the stones to go, this piece will be flush set with a round diamond. ✨

-Early autumn leaves 🍃

-Coffee and cake from The Apple Orchard! We tried the gingerbread loaf cake this week 🤩

Weekly highlights:

-Decorating the workshop for autumn 🍂

- We got a wax sample printed of a full eternity band so our customer could check the fit was right before having it cast in gold. Once finished, this commission piece will include two dimple style rings either side of a full eternity band! The plan is to stack all 3 rings together for ultimate sparkle ✨

-Always getting coffee and cake from The Apple Orchard!

-Dog walks are starting to look a bit different as colours of the trees are gradually changing 🍁

Handmade here in the Artisan workshop using 9ct yellow gold, this gorgeous necklace features green briolette sapphires.

Blue diamond pendant 💙

Made using platinum, this pendant was made for a bespoke commission and was grain set with round brilliant cut lab diamonds and a blue lab diamond at the centre.

This pendant is definitely a statement piece and we are obsessed with how it sparkles! ✨

Platinum Dish Pendant 😍

This gorgeous pendant was handmade recently here in the Artisan workshop. Our customer had lots of small diamonds she wanted to use and this dish pendant was the perfect design!

Grain set with a total of 42 x round brilliant cut diamonds, the pendant will definitely sparkle underneath any light.

Handmade using 9ct yellow gold, this gorgeous 9ct yellow gold bracelet features a little dish shape, delicately grain set with 7 x 1.7mm round brilliant cut diamonds. Total diamond weight approx 0.14cts.✨

Another transformation! 😍

Originally a 2 stone wrap around ring (see photo 2), we transformed this piece into a design that was more contemporary whilst still honouring the original ring.

We supplied a new emerald as the original stone has become worn and chipped.

Sometimes all that's needed is a few small tweaks to totally transform a piece, giving it a new lease of life. ✨

Teal Sapphire Ring

Handmade for a bespoke commission using 9ct yellow gold, this gorgeous wide textured band has been rub set with a stunning 1.81ct teal sapphire.

We all love how this piece turned out and are especially sad to see this sapphire go!
