Goldstone - in blue and brown 💙 🤎

I found the brown piece in my late dad's jewellery workbox and the dark blue piece I bought a while back.

It's been a bit emotional putting these two stones together and somehow I find myself hoping he would be ok with the end result.

Such a shame he never knew I'd become a jeweller 🥲

A lovely creative day in the studio - mostly tidying up, but finished these three projects!

Firstly - a stunning aurora (lab grown) opal
Secondly - a highly textured, small but thick silver heart
Last, but not least - a gorgeous surfite ring - which is a uk size O .5 / P

The last two pieces from the current molecule collection! These were made for an exhibition in Devon sponsored by the Arts Council and inspired by a trip to Switzerland to see the large hadron collided.

Boatite - a new material for me but its so cool!

Often called maritime fordite boatite is a unique recycled material formed by the buildup of cured paint overspray from boatyards.

Layers of paint accumulate over time in manufacturing spaces, which are then cut, polished, and shaped by lapidary artists into decorative cabochons for jewellery 🤩

The ultimate in recycling when paired with recycled silver 💚💛🧡

Wedding rings on honeymoon with and 💜

This was the first time I'd actually attended the wedding where my rings had the starring role, after the bride and groom of course 😍

It was such an honour to be able to make these rings for my friends. It makes being a jeweller soooo worthwhile.

The gold was from my friend's beloved grandma's ring and the gemstones came from and were the bride and groom's birthstone, plus a beautiful emerald to represent the month of May..
