Diane Stewardson Jewellery I make a range of contemporary sterling silver and contrasting metal jewellery based on geometric shapes and movement. My work is handmade in Northumberland.

My jewellery is all handmade using sea glass collected from the North East coast. Each piece is unique as the glass has been transformed by the ebb and flow of the tide over many years.

Celebrating Northumberland day this weekend with our Market at Warkworth War Memorial Hall.

Although we are celebrating a day early on the 30th, Northumberland day is a day that celebrates everything Northumberland should be proud of.

Yes we celebrate our makers and artists everyday but with a wealth of culture and creativity in our county we can’t not celebrate our actual day.

So if you feel a sense of pride in our county, then come and see us on Saturday and see what our county delivers.

I will be holding an earring making workshop in The Hub at on Saturday 6th June, 10.00 - 1.00 😊

In this friendly, informal workshop you will learn how to saw, file and hammer a pair of mixed metal earrings using copper or brass and sterling silver.
You will also make a pair of sterling silver earwires.

You can choose from a number of different designs on the day or create a design of your own.
No previous experience is necessary and you will leave with a beautiful piece of jewellery for yourself or to give to someone as a gift.
All materials, equipment, tools and tuition are provided and it will be a small group so that I can give everyone plenty of individual attention. The cost is £60 per person.
