Turns out we cater for weddings AND divorces 😂💍

We’ve engraved plenty of wedding rings over the years, but this customer had a slightly different occasion to celebrate… a divorce 😂🥂

Safe to say this isn’t even the strangest thing we’ve been asked to engrave!

Our laser engraving is all done on site, so whether it’s a name, date, special message, inside joke or the end of a marriage apparently 😂 we’ve got you covered.

Got something random you want engraving? Bring it in. We love these jobs 😂

Lost one of your favourite earrings? Don't give up on the other one just yet… 👀

It's another one of those services people don't always realise we can help with.

Our customer was left with just ONE earring from a pair... so rather than saying goodbye to them altogether, we arranged for the remaining earring to be replicated through our casting service.

From the original ➡️ freshly cast ➡️ finished, polished and reunited as a pair. ✨

One earring became two again. ❤️

So if you've got a lonely earring sitting in your jewellery box because its partner disappeared years ago, bring it in and let us take a look.

Depending on the design, we may be able to recreate the missing one.

That tiny strip of metal? It's about to become part of the ring. ⚡💍

This ring needed new claws to properly secure the stone but simply adding new claws wasn't enough.

The surrounding metal had become too worn, so Liam first needed to rebuild the area and give those new claws a strong foundation.

Using our laser welder, tiny amounts of new metal are added exactly where they're needed, one pulse at a time.

Build it up. Strengthen the setting. Then the new claws can do their job and keep that stone where it belongs. 💎

It's one of those repairs that doesn't look particularly dramatic when it's finished…

but what's underneath is incredibly important.

It was already black… so why were we making it even blacker? 👀🔥

This one needed a little more than your usual clean and polish.

Years of heavy tarnish had built up across the surface, so the first job was to use heat to tackle the worst of it.

From there, into an acid pickle bath before moving through the cleaning and polishing stages to bring the original finish back.

And underneath all that tarnish?

There it was. ✨

Sometimes you've got to make it look a little worse before you can make it look a LOT better. 😂

All carried out in our own workshop.

Setting one ruby isn't quite as simple as popping it into place… ❤️💎

Drill. Cut. Check. Adjust. Set.

Each stage removes the tiniest amount of metal until the ruby sits exactly where Liam wants it — before the bezel is carefully worked around the stone to hold it securely in place.

15 seconds on Instagram. A little more patience required at the bench. 😅

Sometimes your silver doesn't need a trip to the workshop… it just needs a little TLC at home. ✨

This little silver piece had become heavily tarnished and was certainly looking worse for wear.

A quick dip in silver cleaning solution, a wipe over with a polishing cloth and… there it is. 👀

No machines. No workshop magic. Just two products you can use yourself at home.

And if you're wondering...we sell both the silver dip and polishing cloths in store, so you can get the same results on your own silver jewellery.*
