These rune pendants are made with real tree twigs encased in copper ๐Ÿชพ
My son picked up a twig that was in the shape of Algiz on our walk home from school, it inspired me to recreate a limited series of something similar (check out my tiktok to see the inspo) โœจ
I love using what is already in front of me to create something lasting, that has memory and life and holds a magic all on its own. Then by adding copper which enhances and amplifies its energy it becomes a part of a new life.
Let me know if there's any other runes you'd like to see!

Beautiful little Holly Blue Butterfly โœจ
It wasn't until working with these wings that I actually could see all its colour and detail up close. They are usually fleeting glances as they flutter but there is something special about finally being able to see it up close ๐Ÿฉต

A little different from my usual work.
This piece was created as a memorial for a much-loved cat, with their ashes carefully preserved within a galaxy-inspired pendant. ๐Ÿฑ๐ŸŒŒ

Memorial jewellery is such a personal thing to create. There's something incredibly meaningful about taking something that holds so much emotion and turning it into an object that can be held, worn and carried through everyday life.

Not every piece I make begins with a story, but I feel very lucky to be trusted with stories like this.โœจ๐Ÿ–ค

The workbench has been pretty busy lately.
Butterfly wings preserved in copper, woodland leaves, crystals, hag stones and other curious treasures are all making their way to my next market.
Each piece began with a natural treasure that sparked an idea, and now they're ready to find new homes.
I'll be bringing these along to this weekend and can't wait to share them in person.

One of my favourite moments in the electroforming process.
After hours of waiting while the copper slowly forms, it's finally time to peel away the protective latex and reveal the finished details beneath.
It's always a mixture of excitement and anticipation. No matter how many times I do it, seeing the final piece emerge never loses its magic.
Sometimes the most rewarding part of creating isn't making something newโ€”it's uncovering what has been patiently taking shape all along.
Have you ever seen this part of the process before?

With another heatwave upon us, I thought I'd share a few simple ways to care for your jewellery during the warmer months.

Many of my pieces combine copper with carefully preserved natural elements, so a little extra care can help them stay beautiful for years to come.

โ˜€๏ธ Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, especially on windowsills or in hot cars.

๐Ÿ’ง Remove your jewellery before swimming, showering or bathing.

๐Ÿงด Apply sunscreen, perfume and lotions before putting on your jewellery, as these can affect the copper patina over time.

๐ŸŒฟ Store your piece somewhere cool and dry when you're not wearing it.

If you ever have any questions about caring for your jewellery, I'm always happy to help.

Some of my favourite pieces begin with the smallest discoveries.
This pendant brings together a clear quartz point, a soft green prehnite crystal, and a fragment of lichen, preserved in copper. Each element carries its own quiet character, coming together like a small woodland relic waiting to be discovered.
I love creating jewellery that feels as though it belongs in a cabinet of curiosities, treasures inspired by the natural world and the stories it quietly tells.

Which detail catches your eye first?

I wasn't expecting to find this today.
A whole gathering of cinnabar moth caterpillars happily feeding on the ragwort in my garden.
It's amazing how quickly we can walk past something like this without ever noticing it.
Sometimes the smallest discoveries are the ones that stay with us the longest.
Have you spotted anything fascinating in your garden or on a recent walk? ๐Ÿ›๐ŸŒผ

A parcel of curios arrived ๐Ÿชฒ๐Ÿฆ‹

One of my favourite parts of the process is seeing these incredible creatures up close before deciding what they might become.

Which specimen would you choose for a future piece?

A moss agate moon, tiny mushroom, lichen, and a little alchemy โœจ๐ŸŒ™๐Ÿ„ Watching raw materials transform into a wearable piece of enchanted woodland is always my favorite part.
