✨We’re so excited to announce our new Trade-In Service — a simple, feel-good way to turn jewellery you’re not wearing into something you actually love (and will reach for every day).
Here’s how it works:
To get started, you’ll need to book an appointment online before coming in. These appointments take a little time (we’ll properly look through your pieces and talk everything through), and booking ahead means we can make sure the right team are available to give you our full attention.
At your appointment, we’ll assess your jewellery and chat through the best next step — whether that’s trading in old gold, upgrading a piece that no longer feels like “you”, or using it as a starting point for something completely new.
If you’d like to go ahead, we’ll confirm a trade-in value and apply it as credit towards your new piece — this can be used against up to 50% of the final price of your new jewellery (either something from our cabinets or a bespoke redesign made in-house).
If you’ve got jewellery sitting in a drawer that you’ve been meaning to “do something with”… this is your sign.
