✨⭐️Lucy Stokes ⭐️✨ Workshop Professional of the year at the Naj N awards last night.
I couldn’t be more thrilled for Lucy. In the 3 years since Lucy has joined my team, she has become the heart of our workshop. She does it all, from repairs and CAD to bespoke commissions, laser welding and micro setting. She set every stone in The Vault. After training in micro setting, she brought all of our stone setting in-house, so even our most intricate pieces are now made start to finish in our own workshop.
She has welcomed every step of our growth, including opening our second gallery. She’s thrown herself into training Phoebe, our newest goldsmith, and passed on her skills with real generosity and patience.
This year, while I’ve been away from the bench, she took on our entire bespoke workload and kept everything running without missing a beat. Many of you will have sat with her to talk through a commission or handed her a piece of family jewellery to remake. You’ll know how much care she puts into every one.
No one deserves this more. We’re all so proud of you, Lucy. 🥂
