Did that get your attention? 🦷
I have been asked what my little container of dental floss is for in my workshop…. I use it to help remove stones while I get settings ready. If I lay a small piece of dental floss over a setting and pop the stone in, I can get it straight back out. If I don’t use it and it is a nice snug fit……it gets stuck and can break the stone or damage the setting trying to remove it. More time is spent preparing than setting so the stone does the okey cokey (in, out, in, out😆)

These are each set with a tiny rough yellow diamond, I thought of using these when it was sunny here near the South Downs!!

It has been rainy the last few days but I am sure it will be sunny again soon.☀️

It has definitely been one of “those” weeks, nothing terrible but lessons in patience, focus and a steep learning curve…very steep😆
…… tomorrow will be better I just know it!!
🥰 We wouldn’t appreciate all the good stuff if we didn’t have weeks like this would we?

No notes from the bench today.
Just a couple of bees I rescued after my wonderful dog walk on the downs. One was a huge bumblebee! Both safely deposited on some flowers with pollen so they could recharge and carry on with their day. 🐝🌸🐝🌺

Setting a stone, and realising how much my bench wobbled about while I worked!
