Upon hearing that still voice I asked in silence. ‘What is the spirit?’. ‘The spirit is your will power’, he said. It is that that spiritually drives you to cut through a combination of negative and positive universal thoughts to achieve a particular goal. Sub-consciously my mind rejuvenates like that of a servant to a master. ‘If that is the spirit then what is the body’? I said. ‘The body?” he said in rhetoric. ‘The body asserts illness; it is the manifestation of both the lower and upper self of man in physical form. Paradoxically, the body is an illusion which promulgates its existence in the carnal minds of men”. Then we entered into a state of silence again in order to penetrate through the waves of astral projection to a transcendental plane. He breaks the silence with a question. “Do you have a soul?” he said. In astonishment I asked “what is the soul?”. The soul is the breath of life. It is the soul that endeavours man to be given a name which is only a title of recognition. The soul is Divine breath clothed in matter and it belongs to God in its purest state till the carnal mind allows itself to be polluted by the environment. The soul symbolizes truth and purity. Metaphorically, consciousness is of the mind. Physical manifestation is of the body and the heart is born of the soul. Get a heart; love your neighbour regardless of colour, tribe or race. “GET A SOUL” he said “GET A SOUL”
