Το 1987, η Ιλεάνα Μακρή άνοιξε το πρώτο της κατάστημα , Μαγεία, στο Κολονάκι. Αυτό το σεντούκι του θησαυρού στην καρδιά της Αθήνας προσφέρει μια εκλεκτική ποικιλία της διεθνούς μόδας , της τέχνης και των κοσμήματων, προβάλλοντας συλλογές από τις σειρές των , Lucien Pellat Finet , Denis Colomb , Rick Owen , και φυσικά την συλλογή κοσμημάτων που υπογρ'αφει η ίδια. Στο νέο εγχείρημα της στη λιανική , η σχεδιάστρια επικεντρώνεται σε κοσμήματα και αξεσουάρ και εγκαινιάζει το νέο της κατάστημα, ILEANA MAKRI, προβάλλοντας όχι μόνο τις δικές της δημιουργίες , αλλά και μια σειρά από κοσμήματα από ταλαντούχους σχεδιαστές από όλο τον κόσμο .
