My first job as a teenager was as a seller in my grandfather’s leather shop, in my hometown Irun. Since I was a child his workshop full of tools, pieces of leather and metal all over the place and the strong smell of glue and different materials has fascinated me. Working with my hands and my own tools, for the past 20 years, is my way to thank my grandfather Pepe Almeida for his lessons of work, care, love and life.
