Hey folks.. Finally overcame the sadness that has overwhelmed me each time I go to open this page and here we are. So sorry. The very long, drawn out and severe Covid measures inflicted on the people by the Hong Kong government were very harmful to our family and, after years of destructive abuse, we left the minute we were allowed to. Left everything behind. I mean that literally...I had to leave my store and its remaining contents. It's one of the hardest things I've ever had to do and I'm so sorry that I can't help all of you who were our loyal customers for nearly a decade and a half and have reached out looking for parts or service.

It's been tough trying to recover. Hope you're all well.

EXCELLENT NEWS! The vaxx-pass and LHS track & trace app requirements have been dropped at malls, grocery stores, post offices and various other facilities (unfortunately they still won't let us eat in restaurants). No longer will we or our customers be put out and inconvenienced by them and we can now get back to work and posting our packages regularly.

Thanks to all who have been patient and worked with us so far through this long nightmare.

SERVICE RESTORED AGAIN (for the time being) to USA, the UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, VARIOUS EU COUNTRIES.

The latest in the Covid-19 shipping rollercoaster...Packet services have been restored to the above and we'll be spending our time trying to get out packages for those countries as efficiently as possible. Not sure how long this'll last as the global shipping and supply chain situation remains precarious. With rapidly rising operation costs and the imminent diesel emissions fluid + diesel oil additive crisis now directly ahead of us, not sure how long this'll continue parts wise.
