Since we first unveiled Perception in 2022, we showcased the artistry of Master Cheng Yucai’s hand-turned guilloché. It was a watch that challenged perceptions of what Chinese watchmaking could be.
We have spent the last two years listening, refining, and obsessing over how to elevate this collection. Today, we are proud to present Perception V3.
Every element has been refined to fulfill this vision. Alongside our first new core collection dial in four years: the bamboo green 筠 (Yún), we have elevated the case finishing and our patent-pending micro-adjustment system. Across the whole range, enhanced bracelet link tolerances create a more comfortable “drape,” held together by a beautifully decorated clasp featuring internal perlage. The crown is now slimmer and etched with Hui Wen (回纹) motifs.
The custom Pequignet Calibre EPM03 now has a 65-hour power reserve and runs with chronometer-grade accuracy. Not only is it technically brilliant, but also beautifully finished in a wind-inspired aventurine style. So proud are we of this new movement that it is on full display for our collectors to admire via a full exhibition caseback.
Perception V3 joins our permanent collection, but initial production is limited by the time required for Master Cheng Yucai to hand-turn each dial.
The first 300 orders are scheduled for dispatch in September 2026. 📦
