1. Bring the item of jewellery to us or simply send securely by registered post.
2. For a small fee, we carry out quality and verification testing with a certificate of quality and authenticity provided to every seller. Each piece is also polished and cleaned to ensure it is in the best possible condition for potential buyers.
3. We take three photos using a professional light box to show the article at its best.
4. The item is returned to you by registered post or you can pick it up directly yourself from our business location.
5. The item is then offered for sale on our social media channels and website (coming soon) using a combination of paid and organic advertising methods to various targeted audiences.
6. If we sell the item, you post it to the customer and we take a small commission (variable depending on the sale). Whether we sell the item or not, you will have a valuation certificate, as well a fully serviced item of your precious jewellery.
