Dingle Chocolates Award winning Christmas Puddings, Irish Whiskey Truffles and Chocolate Dipped Figs using 70% couverture chocolate handmade in Co. Kerry, Ireland.

I am a small artisan producer, based in Co Kerry; I started my business in 2011, first producing my luxury homemade Christmas puddings, which were awarded silver and bronze in the Blas na hÉireann Awards in 2013 & 2014. I have built up my customer base at farmers’ markets in Tralee, Dingle, Killarney, Kenmare, , and Ballymaloe. I have recently branched out into a number of high-end speciality shop

s, including Ballyseedy Home & Garden Centre and The Kingdom Food and Wine Shop, both located in Tralee, also in The Strand house located in Dingle. I have since then introduced new products to the market, Irish Whiskey Truffles, and Chocolate-dipped Figs, using 70% high-quality Couverture chocolate, which contains a higher percentage of cocoa butter. All my products are handmade in small batches, keeping the richness of the flavours,
