1. To place an order email to [email protected] with the unique product code, delivery address, contact number & product photo (if possible). You could also comment below the product to know any kind of details.
2. The payment of the purchase price shall be due in advance after ordering the goods.
3. For payments, Bank details are provided only on request basis.
4. All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees only and do not include shipping charges.
5. Shipping charges applicable depending upon location per Kg per shipment in India (In 1 kg parcel 8-10 pieces of jewellery can be couriered ).
6. Shipping and Deliveries :Orders would be shipped only after receipt of the complete payment. It usually takes us 3-4 days to prepare your package for shipping. From the time your order is dispatched it takes 7-14 business days to reach you. In some cases it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility. Every parcel is sent in proper international standard packing through reputed courier companies
7. Free shipping for orders placed equal and above Rs. 500/-. For Orders below Rs. 500/-, shipping charges are applicable. Shipping charges applicable per shipment.
8. Order Tracking : Once the order is shipped we will send you an Email and a message to your phone number with the Order Tracking Number.
9. Payment options :- Send us an Email at [email protected] to know our bank details. Payments can be made either through Cash Deposits or Bank transfers only. Once the payment is made, Kindly send us the transaction details through email.(Transaction Id and bank details in case of online transfers/ Scan Copy of Cash receipt in case of Cash Deposits).
