Last evening at Far & East was special. A dinner that lasted four hours 🫣 thanks to the brilliant food and the company 😉
First things first the restaurant has introduced a limited time PEKING DUCK special menu called “THE LEGACY OF THE PEKING DUCK”
It’s all about the duck Roast complete with the glistening crackling skin! The epitome of Asian flavors I say!
Chef Wong ‘s specialty indeed!

Bihu brings back my love for Mekhala Sador. It’s the most comfortable attire and I don’t know how it feels so natural to me.
These are throwback pictures of the two I have in my wardrobe. The first ones a silk gifted by dear friend which she brought all the way from Assam. The cotton one I bought from where an Assamese weaver had brought these beauties to Namma uru
And there’s a brand new gift waiting to be stitched so I can wear it soon. Can’t wait to drape that one soon.
