As an Official Retailer with a Rolex Service Centre, our watchmakers are trained according to strict criteria to ensure that every type of servicing operation for a Rolex watch meets the brand’s exacting standards of excellence. During a Rolex service, the watch is completely dismantled and ultrasonically cleaned. Each individual component that no longer meets Rolex’s specifications is replaced. The movement is carefully lubricated, then electronically tested to guarantee its timing accuracy; the case and the metal bracelet are refinished to restore their lustre. Finally, the watch undergoes a series of rigorous technical tests and checks to guarantee its waterproofness, power reserve and precision. After a complete Rolex service, the watch is covered by a service guarantee.
