was formed in the year 1994 by taking over M/S Verma Jewellers, a proprietorship concern where Mr. R.L Verma was the sole proprietor. Ram Lubhaya Verma was our mentor and the person who started this business.

He started from scratch as an ordinary person and achieved all that an o
rdinary person can only think of in dreams. He came to Delhi in the year 1962 with Rs.40/ in his pocket (which he got as his salary after working for three months at ‘M/S Matharu Brothers’ Putli Garh Amritsar) and worked as a labour in ‘Lathe Machines’ making factory namely ‘M/S Champion Engineering Works’ Old Rohtak Road Kishan Ganj and later at ‘M/S Leading Engineering Works (P) Ltd. In 1971, he entered the Jewellery Business as a nose-pin supplier with just Rs 830/- in his pocket, which he got as provident fund from M/S Leading Engineering Works Pvt. and then started his success story. He never looked back and within a few years he expanded his business as a supplier of almost all major gold items (with the specialisation in Nose Pins, Ear Rings (Balli), Gents Rings and Ladies Rings. On 21st July 1985 he started running a retail jewellery showroom in the name of M/S Verma Jewellers at Shalimar Bagh and on 11th October, 1986, he officially inaugarated the same at AL Market, Shalimar Bagh, where he was the Sole Proprietor, and later in the year 1994, he floated a private limited company in the name of ‘M/S Royal Verma Jewellers Pvt. as the Managing Director after acquiring and taking over his old firm M/S Verma Jewellers. In all, M/S Royal Verma Jewellers Pvt. is a synonym for Mr. R.L.Verma, which is a result and fruit of decades-long extremely hard work done by him. Ram Lubhaya Verma was the Managing Director of the company when he left for the heavenly abode on 16th of January 2015. At present, he is not with us physically to guide us, but the company is still following the path laid down by him through his sons Mr. Jitender Verma and Mr. Ajay Verma who are the Directors of this company. We are located at AL Market Shalimar Bagh, Delhi since the beginning and are still operating from the same place and have no branch.
