Hanuman Yagya as the name signifies is performed to please Lord Hanuman who is the eleventh Rudra, the heavenly manifestation of Lord Shiva that symbolizes power, strength, and firmness. He is the prime deity of this yagya; this yagya is performed by worshipping Lord Hanuman who is the symbol of loyalty and divinity. Hanuman Yagya is performed by reciting the 1008 Namawali Japas and the mool mantras dedicated to the divine Lord Hanuman. The mantra for Hanuman Yagya is OM HUM HARIMARKATAAYA NAMAH.

Now offer the rice and flowers in your hands to Lord Hanuman. While chanting the mantra given below, sprinkle some water in a vessel kept in front of Lord Hanuman’s idol or on the floor three times.

Arghyam samarpayami
Achamaneeyam samarpayami

In the next step, offer gandh, vermilion, kumkum, rice and flowers to Lord Hanuman. Then chant Hanuman Chalisa for at least five times. At the end, light a ghee diya and do Lord Hanuman’s aarti.

Naag Panchami 9 Aug 2024
Naag Panchmi is celebrated on the 5th day of the Shukla Paksh of the Shravan month all across India. In 2024, it is on Friday, 9th of August. On this day, Snakes are worshipped and offered milk. In Hindu religion, Snakes are held at very high esteem and their prayer in Shravan Month is considered very auspicious since snakes are very dear to Lord Shiva who puts them around his neck as ornaments.
According to Hindu Mythology, Rishi Kashyap who was son of Lord Brahma has 4 wives & one of them gave birth to Devatas (Gods), another gave birth to Danavas (Demons), another gave birth to Garudas and the fourth one to Nagas (Snakes). This is also one of the reasons that Snakes are worshipped in Hindu Religion and they are known as Naga Devatas. The most important Naga is known as Shesh Naga who have a 1000 heads and he forms a resting bed for Lord Vishnu. Other well known Nagas are Anant, Vasuki, Padmanabha, Shankhpal, Takshak and Kaaliya.
Benefits of Naag Panchami Yagya-
A person is blessed by Trinity ( Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh ) as they are closely related to Naagas

Wishing Every One Happy Navratri / Mother Divine days- 9th April to 17th April 2024
Day 1: Worship Goddess Shailputri-
Goddess Shailputri is the first incarnation of Durga's nine manifestations. Every day of this festival is devoted to a different manifestation of Durga, with the first day honouring Maa Shailputri.

Shail refers to mountains, and Putri, which means daughter, makes up the name Shailputri. She is also referred to as Sati, Parvati, and Hemavati. Hindu legend holds that Shailputri is the reincarnation of Sati, the daughter of King Daksha and the wife of Lord Shiva. Due to her father's humiliation, Sati set herself on fire. In her next birth, she was born as Parvati and later became Shailputri.

The image of Goddess Shailputri riding a bull symbolises the strength of Dharma, or righteousness. She is holding a trishul, a lotus flower, a damaru, and a rosary or mala. She wears a red saree and adorns her hands with bracelets and bangles. These symbols represent: bravery and spiritual awakening; purity and enlightenment; the rhythmic cycle of life and death; focus and meditation; and power as well as desire. As per astrology, the moon is ruled by the goddess Shailputri. All the negative effects of the moon can be reversed by worshipping her.
On this day, the following Goddess Shailputri mantra is sung with devotion to achieve success, tranquillity, and wealth.

Vasant Navratri / Mother Divine Days 9th April to 17April 2024
Basant/ Chaitra Navratri is nine days festivity which starts on the first day of Hindu Luni-Solar calendar and falls in the month of March or April. Chaitra is the first month of Hindu lunar calendar and because of it this Navratri is known as Chaitra Navratri. Chaitra Navratri is also known as Vasanta Navratri.
