Unveiled at the WATCH ART™ Grand Exhibition – Milan 2026, this five-piece limited-edition timepiece combines the unmistakable acoustic quality of the Manufacture’s minute repeaters with a sporty style, featuring a 38 mm Calatrava case in white gold and a red-lacquered dial with a carbon-patterned center evoking the bodywork of the finest automobiles. The self-winding R 27 PS caliber is distinguished by its remarkable finesse as well as the sound of its two classic gongs.

This limited edition of six watches in white gold features Italy’s most popular car passing through a hamlet of trulli, the rural constructions typical of the Puglia region.

Tracing the outlines of the car and the landscape in Grand Feu cloisonné enamel called for about 47 cm of gold wire (~0.29 g). A master of gradations, the enameller then produced relief effects in the trees and the little car, using transparent, opaque and opalescent enamels in 28 colors. The decor of dry-stone roofs and clouds stretching across the sky owes its finesse to 13 colors of miniature painting on enamel. Each dial underwent about 12 firings at a temperature of 820°C.

The bezel is adorned with the famous Clous de Paris or hobnail pattern emblematic of the Manufacture’s style. Dauphine-type hands in white gold indicate the time. An alligator leather strap in shiny dark blue secured by a prong buckle in white gold takes up the color palette of the dial.

This watch is endowed with a caliber 240 ultra-thin self-winding movement, which may be admired through a sapphire crystal case back.

This limited edition of five wristwatches in Grand Feu cloisonné enamel pays tribute to the Palace of Venaria, the former residence of the Royal House of Savoy, built in 1675. In particular it features the magnificent perspective of the 80-meters long Galleria Grande.

Tracing the outlines of the tiled floor, the sculptures in their niches and the colonnade called for about 1.2 m of gold wire (~0.81 g). To bring out all the details of the architecture, the enameller then worked with a palette of transparent, opaque and opalescent enamels in 20 colors. Miniature painting on enamel conjured up the effect of veined black marble for the pavement, in a striking example of hyperrealism. Each dial underwent about 12 firings at temperatures exceeding 800°C.

The rose-gold case contains a solid case back and harmonious proportions inspired by the ancient golden section. The hours and minutes are displayed by cheveu-style hands, stamped in rose gold. This watch houses a caliber 240 ultra-thin self-winding movement.

The alligator leather strap in shiny pearl gray is secured by a prong buckle in rose gold reflecting the elliptical shape of the case.

Patek Philippe introduces a Rare Handcrafts collection of 27 exceptional pieces to mark the WATCH ART™ Grand Exhibition – Milan 2026, featuring the intricate crafts of miniature painting, cloisonné enamel, engraving, micro wood marquetry, guilloché, and gem-setting.

The unique piece "Sicilian Oranges" dome table clock, Ref. 20179, layers cloisonné and miniature painting to create depth: orange trees stand out against a distant view of Palermo. Miniature painting on enamel in 4 to 5 pastel colors lends a touch of softness to the vivid cloisonné. This contrast allowed the enameller to convey the distance between the two planes, notably through blurring and shading effects, a mark of great technical prowess. Each enameled plate underwent 9 to 11 firings at temperatures between 900°C and 910°C.

The Watch Art Grand Exhibition takes place at CityOval, CityLife, Milan, from October 2 to 18.

The decoration on this limited edition of ten wristwatches with dials in wood marquetry depicts the sun at the close of day, setting the sky alight over a village in Tuscany. A vision of rural tranquility and invitation to travel.

For this faithful rendition of the village, the countryside and the subtle tints of the reddening sky at dusk, the marquetry-maker cut out and assembled 203 tiny veneer parts and 75 even smaller inlays, together spanning a palette of 57 species of wood in soft colors and different textures and veining.

The rose-gold case contains a solid case back and harmonious proportions inspired by the ancient golden section. The hours and minutes are displayed by cheveu-style hands, stamped in rose gold. This watch houses a caliber 240 ultra-thin self-winding movement.

The calfskin strap in a “gold” shade recalls the tradition and expertise that distinguish Italian fine leatherwork. The prong buckle in rose gold takes up the elliptical shape of the case.

This limited edition of six watches in white gold depicts the Bay of Naples at sunset, lit by the radiant pink of the bougainvillea flowers.

The dial was first adorned with hand-executed guilloché work presenting a wavy motif and coated with translucent enamel through which the decoration may be seen, according to the traditional technique of flinqué enameling. The enameller then traced the contours of the flowers, the pines and the Bay of Naples in Grand Feu cloisonné enamel, using about 48 cm of gold wire (~0.19 g). Next, he introduced a palette of transparent, opaque and semi-opaque enamels in an extraordinary 84 colors, playing with gradations to bathe his decor in the reddening glow of dusk. Details such as the yacht, the gradations in the sky and the bougainvillea petals were refined with 15 colors of miniature painting on enamel. Each dial required from 7 to 8 firings at temperatures ranging from 750°C to 840°C.

The bezel and lugs are set with 112 diamonds (~0.87 ct) and the prong buckle in white gold sparkles with 29 diamonds (~0.24 ct). Dauphine-type hands in white gold indicate the time. An alligator-leather strap in shiny fuchsia pink takes up the color palette of the dial.

This watch is endowed with a caliber 240 ultra-thin self-winding movement that may be admired through a sapphire crystal case back.

Discover the world of Patek Philippe across 187 years of watchmaking history at the seventh and largest edition of the WATCH ART™ Grand Exhibition – Milan 2026, taking place at the CityOval – CityLife in Milan, Italy, from October 2nd to October 18th, 2026. The exhibition is open to public with free admission.

Fifteen different themed areas present the current collection of watches and movements, but also a selection of historic timepieces specially chosen for this Italian edition, as well as limited-edition watches, including one technical innovation, Rare Handcrafts timepieces inspired by Italian culture, and a new ladies' collection making its world debut. The Rare Handcrafts Golden Ellipse Ref. 5738/50 in white gold, will be on display at the WATCH ART™ Grand Exhibition – Milan 2026. This six-piece limited edition reimagines Naples' "Crouching Lion" sculpture by Pasquale Ricca created in 1866 and installed on Piazza dei Martiri. Here, it is depicted before the colonnade of the San Francesco di Paola Basilica. Rendered in grisaille enamel au blanc de Limoges, white enamel is sculpted by brush and needle over black to shade stone, volume, and light. Each dial required up to 20 firings.

The Watch Art Grand Exhibition takes place at CityOval, CityLife, Milan, from October 2 to 18.
