🌸 Two things I never tire of: hydrangeas in bloom and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. 🌸

One reminds me of the beauty of creation, the other of the Love that created it all.

May we carry His Heart wherever we go and be a reflection of His grace in the world.

Today is a very special day for our church and for our nation! We celebrate the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Consecration of the United States of America to the Sacred Heart (which happened yesterday, by the Bishops in the U.S.)

Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus was made known by St. Margaret Mary Alacoque in the seventeenth century and many of the greatest saints had deep devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and for good reason – the Sacred Heart is the Heart of our Lord Jesus, burning with love for humanity.

As we consecrate our nation, let us also consecrate our hearts, our families, and our homes to the Sacred Heart!

The Full of Grace online shop has many options to commemorate today’s Solemnity – necklaces, earrings, and bracelets!

Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us!

Full of Grace Divine Designs began with a deep love for our Catholic faith and a desire to keep those sacred traditions close to our hearts. What started as a fascination with antique holy medals became something much greater—a mission to preserve these beautiful symbols of faith and carry them into a new generation.

Many of the medals that inspire our collections have been worn, cherished, and prayed with by Catholics who came before us. They are tangible reminders of God’s grace, the saints’ intercession, and the enduring beauty of our faith.

I believe what we wear can be more than an accessory. A Miraculous Medal, a Sacred Heart, a saint’s image, or a crucifix can become an invitation to conversation, a moment of encouragement, or an opportunity to share the hope we have in Christ.

My prayer is that every Full of Grace piece serves as a gentle witness—helping you carry your faith with confidence, beauty, and purpose wherever God leads you.

Thank you for being part of this journey and for helping us keep these stories of faith alive. ✨🙏

Today is the Feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, traditionally known as “Corpus Christi”. Did you know that the Shasta daisy is associated today’s feast Feast of Corpus Christi?! The yellow and white daisy is known as the Corpus Christi Flower because of its yellow disk in the center and white petals that mimic the shape of the Eucharistic monstrance. 🌼

In her autobiography “The Story of a Soul”, St. Therese of Lisieux recalls memories of “gathering very many big daisies for the feast of Corpus Christi! What a joy it was for me to throw flowers beneath the feet of God! Before allowing them to fall to the ground, I threw them as high as I could and I was never so happy as when I saw my flowers touch the sacred monstrance.”

The Full of Grace shop features two distinctly “daisy” pieces, some of the most colorful items in the shop!

Today we celebrate the Feast of St. Joan of Arc who is remembered for her fierce courage, deep faith, and visionary leadership that ultimately changed the course of European history. 🇫🇷
She was a true heroine who fought for God and country until on May 30, she was condemned to death after being accused of heresy. Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI said of Joan: “though she did not know how to read or write, the depths of her soul can be known thanks to sources of exceptional historical value, found in the Trial of Condemnation that contains the transcript of the interrogations she endured in her final months. Joan’s judges were radically incapable of understanding her or of perceiving the beauty of her soul, they did not know that they were condemning a Saint.”

Joan is the patroness of courage, strength, fortitude, and unwavering faith for those being ridiculed.

No doubt that St. Joan of Arc is a FAVORITE of ours here at Full of Grace Divine Designs (and we’re also really into this chunky paperclip chain 🤩)

St. Joan of Arc, pray for us! 🔥🙌🏻

🔥🕊️ Today we celebrate Pentecost Sunday. The prefix “penta-” means “five” in Greek, and so the name “Pentecost” means fiftieth (day) and is always celebrated 50 days after Easter!

Happy Pentecost to all of you -- I hope you enjoy this mosaic image of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost at the Cathedral Basilica in St. Louis. I traveled there recently for a show and was blown away by this stunning church!

A Blessed Mother's Day to all the women we know and love!
Today we pray that women, who are clothed with "strength and dignity" (Proverbs 31) follow in the example of our perfect Mother Mary.

PS: Pictured here are just a handful of our Marian medals that we use to create jewelry here at Full of Grace... did you know that almost all of our medals are replicated from old, antique (and mostly European!) medals?!?
