A rare expression of Rolex’s early chronograph production.

An exceptionally rare Rolex Ref. 3448 “Barilotto” in stainless steel, distinguished by its characteristic barrel-shaped case and unusual dial configuration.

The beautifully preserved argenté dial features a particularly rare double scale with original radium indexes and matching hands.

Featuring a water-resistant monobloc case, rounded chronograph pushers and a stainless steel Rolex bracelet, this remarkable example stands out for its distinctive design, originality and outstanding overall condition.

A golden marvel: Rolex ref. 6036 so called Dato-Compax

Introduced in 1951, the 6036 was Rolex’s answer to a remarkably complex idea: a chronograph that could also tell the complete calendar.

Day, date and month, bearing the legendary caliber Valjoux 72C, inside a 36mm Oyster case.

Produced for only around five years, approximately 930 examples are believed to have been made across yellow gold, pink gold and stainless steel; with only about 350 examples in yellow gold.

The reference is sometimes called “Dato-Compax”, although “Killy” properly belongs to its successor: the ref. 6236.

This example in yellow gold is preserved in pristine condition: the kind of preservation that allows all proportions, of the case architecture and original character of a 1950’s Rolex to speak for itself!

Some watches are important because they are rare.
Others because they represent a moment in time.

This ref. 6036 happens to be both.

Breguet dream team 🤎

These two stunning Patek Philippe timepieces with Breguet numerals show how beautifully gold and stainless steel can express Breguet aesthetics.

First, a beautiful Patek Philippe Ref. 130 Monopusher Chronograph in yellow gold, produced in only a handful of examples during the early 1940s. Crafted in 18k yellow gold, this exceptional timepiece features an elegant Calatrava-style round case with a snap-on back and a distinctive square chronograph pusher.

Second, a rare stainless steel Patek Philippe Ref. 96, the very first Calatrava model ever produced by the maison. Featuring a refined round case of modest proportions with a snap-on back, crown and flat bezel, this example remains in very good condition. Its exceptional argenté (silvered) dial is adorned with steel Breguet-style Arabic numerals, radium dot hour markers, and pencil-shaped steel hands with radium filling.

When heritage speaks, it does so quietly.
