WE’RE LOOKING FOR A PRODUCTION COORDINATOR!

Hi to everyone who knows us, and who doesn’t know us yet, we’re a Tokyo-based creative studio: smaller than most, jobs don’t come regularly, but somehow we always finish satisfied, full, and excited for more at the end of each year. (We never forget to go to a shrine to say thanks!)

Now we’re looking for an additional member to our team!

Ideally, you are:
Independent. Free mind. Free spirit. No babysitting required.
Pragmatic / logical / mildly mathematical (emotions are welcome of course, just not running the show)
Responsible.
Curious. You like understanding how things work.
Organized, or messy in an organized way.
You have a real appetite for culture: film, architecture, literature, science, whatever fuels your brain.
Not super into superficial stuff. We like to dive deep!
Native/bilingual Japanese is an absolute must, conversational English is also crucial.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Back office day to day stuff
PA to the CEO (very little of his time: book plane tickets occasionally, remind him to show his face at an event…)
Manage suppliers
Learn production processes & technique: read floor plans / technical drawings, calculate estimates…

No experience required! Eagerness to learn beats a perfect CV.
Remuneration is up for discussion.

The entrance and the exit of the exhibition were a wink to our country of hearts, we collaborated with Toru Yokoyama from V0id for a 3d motion design and Miyu Hosoi created an immersive sound installation to accompagny client toward the end of the set.

Anamorphoses, paintings on a grand scale or made up of moving particles, undulating sails alluding to the waves, mirrors flying over a sun-drenched beach and a cabinet of curiosities revealing the abundance of the sea all invite the visitor to embrace the marine magic 🪸

For Chaumet clients to discover the new High Jewellery in Place Vendôme we through of a sensory journey combining works of art, forms, materials, colours, 6 differents atmospheres also shaped by differents smells and sound escape. In collaboration with curator Daniel Bergez we designed a multifaceted set inspired by the differents aspects of the sea, its waves, its reflections and its treasures.
