We like you to be part of the whole process from beginning to end, taking and giving your opinion in each jewelry piece you wish to buy. This allows you to be connected to the item you are buying in a personal way. If the item you are buying is to be a gift, the receiver will see the personal touches in it, filling it with meaning. We work on each item, one by one, we do not produce mass products of the same designs. That's why you will notice that even when designs are replicated in one way or the other, they are never the same. Each item is worked on from scratch. We are also uniquely specialized in our use of authentic African Beads in our pieces. Each bead is shaped by hand from recycled glass, by skilled craft men/women who have been doing this for years, without the aid of molds or forms. These beads are then polished and fired in a kiln before they are hand painted and kiln-fired again. The art of making these beads have been handed down from generation to generation. These beads are designed to last forever. To add to our jewelry line, we work with scarves. Each scarf of only the softest and smoothest cloth is produced with original hand painted designs. You can also customize the painting on your desired scarf, along with having the opportunity to choose the color of scarf you want. One big hit is painting in Arabic Calligraphy peoples names on the scarves. This goes as a very special and unique gift for any loved one. MMKN stands for possibility, that no matter what, anything is possible. MMKN is a democratic, non-sectarian, not for profit organization, which aims to disseminate knowledge, culture, and social awareness among the various Lebanese communities. We believe in the values and morals that MMKN portrays and that is why we would like to give back to our community by donating 1$ of proceeds from every item you purchase to MMKN. * We take customized orders, but please keep in mind that each order will need 7 to 10 working days to be finished and delivered. Of course this depends on the item being customized. So please let us know before hand so we can give you an approximate time for delivery.
