RESPONSIBILITIES
■Assist customers in selecting and purchasing gemstones and jewelry.
■Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service andfollow-up communication.
■Maintain store appearance and organization, including restocking displays andinventory management.
■Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigs and promotions that drive sales.


REQUIREMENTS
■At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the gem and jewellery industry.
■Good verbal and writen communication skills in english and sinhala, and speakingtamil will be an added advantage.
■Proficent in using Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp for business purposes.
