Senior CAD Jewelry Designer

Timeless Treasures Ltd. is seeking a talented and creative Senior CAD Jewelry Designer to join its jewelry design and product development team in Malta.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop original jewelry collections using advanced CAD software.
Create detailed 3D jewelry models using Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, or equivalent software.
Produce technical drawings and manufacturing specifications for production purposes.
Develop gemstone and diamond setting concepts in accordance with design and production requirements.
Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate ex*****on of designs.
Research jewelry trends, customer preferences, materials, and emerging design techniques.
Participate in the complete product development process, from concept creation to final production.
Review prototypes and implement technical modifications where required.
Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality, technical accuracy, and commercial viability.

Requirements
Proven experience in CAD jewelry design and product development.
Advanced proficiency in Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, or similar CAD software.
Strong knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, gemstones, precious metals, and production techniques.
Ability to create technical specifications suitable for manufacturing.
Portfolio demonstrating advanced CAD jewelry design projects.
Strong problem-solving and technical design skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications
Degree, diploma, or relevant professional training in Jewelry Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field will be considered an asset.
Equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
Employment Details
Full-time position based in Malta.
Gross annual salary of €45,000 or higher, depending on qualifications and experience.
