"When we were asked to make a piece that symbolized 'Zen', the one stone that immediately came into our minds was the bamboo agate.
We knew that regardless the outcome, this stone would be present. However what we didn't know, was the rest that needed to come together, to make this creation complete.
Normally a person would select their stones intuitively from our collection and leave the creativity to us.
However this time, all we had was an energetic connection to the person, and a word 'Zen'.
As i spent time meditating in stillness with my selenite, what became clear to me was that the presence of a quartz and selenite would make the beginning and end of this creation.
With that vision, the process began.
We tried multiple styles, designs, and combinations to make a piece that exemplified the energy of the person who requested it, yet nothing quite stuck with us.
Having done this for the past 13 years, we knew that the only way this piece would be complete, is to 'Trust' that with each step that we take, the next would be revealed;
One bead at a time...
At this point, we've been at it for hours.
It was 2am and though we were getting tired from a full days work, one thing was certain, we would not sleep without finishing this masterpiece.
There is a point in every creation, where we get to the moment of 'AHA!'
And until we feel a full bodied 'YES', the creation is not complete.
Designing a piece is a collaboration between 'Knowledge, Energy, Skill & Intuition'.
It is a test of our 'Perception';
A testament of our 'Peace'.
The more 'Still' & 'Peaceful' we are, the quicker we tap into the flow of Divine Creativity.
Leaving this bracelet up to the Creator, not only made it special, but SACRED in every way.
It was as if Mother Nature was using our hands to weave her jewelry for the child that she chose to send our way.
And our only job, was to be silent enough inside,
To be peaceful enough;
To be almost 'ZEN-LIKE', in order for us to hear her whispers.
And whisper SHE did..."
