As I continued to grow and evolve as an artist, I knew that there would be new challenges and opportunities ahead. I was excited to explore new techniques, collaborate with other creatives, and push the boundaries of what was possible with gold.

I applied for the Nigerian Army Eight good times — from 66 recruitment intake to 73 intake.

Eight times, I prepared.
Eight times, I believed.
Eight times, I was denied.
And I had proof of every attempt.

But life has a funny way of redirecting you.

Instead of giving up, 30,

10 years ago.

I went to learn goldsmithing.

One day in the workshop turned into weeks…
Weeks turned into months…
And before I knew it, I had found a gift inside me.

Today, to God be the glory…
✨ I am a BOSS.
✨ I have FREEDOM.
✨ I have a CRAFT that feeds me, lifts me, and gives me respect.

Looking back, I now understand:
If the Army had accepted me, I would never have discovere the greatness God planted in my hands.

So should I join the Army now?
No. I’ve already won my own battle. My battlefield is my workshop.

Rejection was not the end —
It was the beginning of my success.

I made that mistake over and over untilli succeed 😊
