*Read this Story:*

There are 2 women who visit my area to sell Pap mostly on weekends.

By 6.45 a.m, the First woman would be in the area, while the other one will stroll in by 8am.

Your guess is right, the First woman would have sold off her Pap, before the other woman comes around.

However, something happened recently. Buyers noticed that the First Woman's pap has started tasting funny and the colour after preparation is a turn off.

As a result of this, people in my area will ignore the First comer, even though she comes early and will wait for the late comer to buy her wraps of Pap.

*Question to you:* what are the lapses in the business strategy of these women?

*Take home:* What are you doing and not doing that is affecting your Business patronage?

What extra can you put in your business that will encourage customers to patronize you.

Here are the lessons I learnt from this story...
