Yesterday I had such an amazing time joining conversations around social impact at the prestigious Lagos business school sponsored by the Innocent Chukwuma Foundation.
As a social scientist I have always had a flair for works around social development. What resonates more with me is the need for us to start looking out for each other; In a world where everyone just takes, takes and keep taking, alot of people are so lost in that, they don't even know how to give back no more (this doesn't have to be money only).
It was nice seeing fellows stay true to causes that matters such as advocacy for the girl child, restitution to wrong detainees amidst many others. This conversation resparked the light in me and reminded me of the need to keep bridging the wide gap of social inequality and social injustice.
It indeed was a weekend well spent and I look forward to joining more of such sustainable and productive discussions 🫠😊
