HOW IT WORKS
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF HOW DIAMOND ACHIEVERS 2X2 AND 2X3 MATRIX / COMPENSATION PLAN WORK.
STAGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:FEEDER STAGESTAGE 1-BRONZESTAGE 2-SILVERSTAGE 3-GOLDSTAGE 4-PLATINUMSTAGE 5-DIAMOND
WHERE IT STARTS: FEEDER STAGE
You register with $35 (N7000); you will be given a position in the first matrix of the feeder stage. Next you bring in your first 2 referrals; you get $5 for each totalling $10 (N2000). Then to complete the matrix, either you or the first two referrals will bring in the 4 remaining referrals at the bottom of your first 2 referrals (2 per person). If you referred the next 4 persons, you also get $5 each making it $20. Therefore, for the 6 referrals, you get a total of $30 (N6000). For completing this matrix, you get in addition what is called a MATRIX BONUS of $5 (N7000). Therefore, your total earning becomes $30 plus $5, which is a total pay-out of $35 (N7000). At this point you would move to stage 1 (Bronze). Remaining Stages from Bronze (Stage 1) to Diamond (Stage 5). Once you complete the Feeder stage, you will be placed on Bronze (stage 1). Now as each of your down-lines joins you on Bronze you will be paid commissions as detailed in the breakdown of each stages in the compensation plan. When 14 of your down-lines are on Bronze with you. You will be paid a bonus andwill be qualified for the next stage (silver).
