On my mind today, I thought about this gucci watch , and it came with an omega constellation watch , a lot of watch lover see Gucci watches as some kind of designer watch , where they give no regards to them, but personally , I want to say , most designer watches employ good Swiss movements too, I’ve seen some Gucci watch designs with Swiss quartz movements and very detailed compartments to the watches honestly , I truly appreciate a good watch , either designer watches or the ones we know are deep into watch making. I once came across a micheal kors watch with its crystal not breakable which I so much appreciate till today , even the dial was made of ceramic .

This particular Gucci watch on my table was made with great detailing , the bezel , the crown , even the back case , I love it!

On my mind today , regarding watches 🤔
I personally think there is more to a watch than just getting to wear them cause you fancy them or think it will match your outfit , I think a watch comes with a attraction and speaks to who is wearing it , I’m talking to watch enthusiast and lovers, I’ve seen a watch lover , looking at an inexpensive watch and greatly admiring the dial even when I was trying to write the watch off , I’ve seen a watch lover take an automatic watch , wind it and listen to how smoothly it’s running by putting it close to his ears just to listen to its movement, I’ve seen a watchlover sit beside me and talked endlessly for hours on a particular watch brand ..
I’ve seen a watch lover , who will look at a strap and compare it with the dial of the watch 😃.

I know I’m into repairing of watches and even selling but there is one thing I know about watch or watches , no matter how long or years , I’ve met with a watch , I do remember every details and owner of each watch that comes on my table cause I had a connection with every watch

On my mind😃, I really do not want to work on mr Omotayo’s Rolex watch o, the first time he brought it , it was a threading issue , I begged him not to mishandled the watch cause I know the Herculean task that comes with repairing luxury watches , especially when you need to source for parts , lo and behold , he sent the watch saying , he messed up with the stem 🤔.. hmm , worked on it eventually .. he is showing it off.

I know about , Swarovski bracelets and women’s watches but a Swarovski male watch ? And then an automatic one , my first time meeting with one, but I love the automatic movement , reminds me of a hublot fusion movement, very similar .

Then four years ago, I got that Aigner watch
to work on, Initially I thought it’s just battery issue given the Swiss engine in it, it turns out it had been messed up with , oh well I improvised , I didn’t want the owner to go buying the engine anew cause of the cost then and it’s even more expensive now , there are Movements, one can substitute with , if the owner isn’t thinking of selling off .. and exactly what I did , four years later it came back just for a battery replacement .

Meanwhile the Rolex watch came with a misty glass and omega with a stained glass and missing link , worked in them and serviced them aswell .
