A data art at Munich jewelry week post. I could not be present at the National Museum of Kazachstan to see this exhibition, but luckily I could visit the same exhibition during Munich Jewelry Week ❤️❤️❤️ I am still processing the fact that I was part of it. All the works are amazing. All the texts and diagrams are amazing. I finally have my copy of the catalogue and can post it, I think the description of my art was really well made. Thanks to all the people who participated in organising this exhibition. Data is important, but a lot of people think it’s boring. This way, using art, there is a chance people get another perspective ❤️

Selling Face, a mask made from my own algorithm.
For Munich Jewelry Week .dvizh I created this piece for the exhibition “Selling Face” - a wearable sculpture about what it means to be an artist with an online presence today.
I downloaded my instagram reels data, extracted the most used and most liked hashtags and have put them onto the surface of the headpiece. The pattern is built from the same words that illustrated my visibility. I also 3D scanned my own face, merging biometric identity with algorithmic identity, and of course 3D printed and painted it.

This work reflects the tension between artistic authenticity and digital performance: who are we without the algorithm? Who are we within the algorithm? This work also made me realise I was using the wrong hashtags. If I would remake it now, it would be completely different.

If you’ve ever felt the pressure to turn yourself into content, you will understand.

I still can’t believe 2 of my data art pieces are going to Munich Jewelry Week with ‘s “The Jewelry Code: Data as Wearable Art” exhibition.

The first pendant is inspired by an ancient Egyptian cartouche, but with the most used emojis with my friend: I downloaded our whatsapp conversations and wrote a python script to clean up the data and count the emojis. It’s 3D printed and cast in silver (I’m proud to cast myself) and enamelled with hot enamel.

The second bracelet is based on my instagram reels data (downloaded the json from instagram), this data didn’t need a clean up and I used blender (and python again) to visualise it. My viral reel has become the core of the bracelet, bent around the arm. It’s 3D printed from nylon.

Data art is something embedded in my artistic DNA and truly cherished by me, I used to also do generative jewelry and other types of algorithmic art and computer art, I’m so happy to see that it’s finally having the moment it deserves, in the heart of Munich. ❤️ 🤖❤️

The first attempt of making grillz for myself. I wanted to try it because I was obsessed with the challenge of getting a good fit and making a perfect impression of the teeth. Molds and impressions are something that I have already been doing for years when doing my own lost wax casting and organic casting, so making a mouth impression felt like a logical step to learn further and a nice thing to try for fun. After researching all materials, I have chosen dental alginate instead of the silicone that I saw in all other impression kits. If you also would like to try to make your own grillz, I’ve made kits including alginate, dental stone and custom 3D printed impression trays in any size and have uploaded them on etsy (see highlights), later they will be in my shop. These kits are an unique product that I haven’t seen online yet: without silicone, with alginate and dental stone, you need to only add water and jewelry wax and make something creative yourself. If you’re a curious goldsmith give it a try! 💎

My jewelry will be shown in The National Museum of Decoration Arts in Madrid and Museum Cerralbo at the 10th goldsmithing exhibition organised by ❤️ it’s a huge event and I am immensely proud to be featured! I have submitted 4 designs, swipe to see them all and the dates of the openings of the exhibition. If you are in Madrid, it’s a very cool event to visit for art and jewelry lovers and collectors! All the participants are very skilled goldsmiths but use experimental and modern techniques and materials. The techniques I used are 3D modelling, 3D printing and casting, plique-a-jour enamelling 💚

This is the story of how I dreamed of making good quality jewelry which would be different from everything I’ve seen before, and succeeded to the point that my art is being accepted in museums. I invested in my skills and quality because I wanted my jewelry to be durable, and not only unique. It’s a story about persistence and that anything is possible.

I haven’t spoiled it yet, but this piece will be showcased in an exhibition in Madrid in 2026 🛸 A sterling silver UFO ring with a tsavorite stone and black and green hot enamel, the green enamel is transparent (plique-a-jour). The design is 3D sculpted and 3D printed, it can not be replicated in other ways than printing it again, which makes it truly limited edition and unique. I know it’s a statement piece and not for everyday wear, but my last years resolution was to make this kind of art. In 2026 I will try to make more wearable pieces, too, stay tuned 💚
