Modern life is out of sync with our biology—but recently I discovered something much more profound. 🧬

Even our clocks are misaligned.

We’re so used to the standard 12-hour dial that we miss the obvious: 12:00 isn't your midday. 🕛 If you wake at 8:00 AM and sleep at midnight, your true "mid-wake" point is 16:00.

Sleep specialists preach a regular sleep-wake rhythm but I believe if our clocks actually reflected our circadian rhythm, we wouldn't need reminders at all; it would just be (second) nature. 🔄
