My article in WoolWench TinyStudio Creative Life Magazine, is already my 21st project in the Dynamic Weaving series.

The inspiration for the design is drawn from the sights, sounds, and energy of today’s New York Garment District. Blended with its history around 1900, when ateliers emerged to support the growing fashion industry around Fifth Avenue. The skirt is also influenced by contemporary New York boho fashion, with flowing fabrics, earthy tones, and intricate patterns combined with tailored elements.
