🙏 “A tribute to home: rolling hills, green fir trees, beautiful horses”

⌚ FEATURED: Maurice Lacroix '1975 Vagues du Jura Green'

📢 LIMITED EDITION OF 500 PIECES

With this watch (and the other two models in this series), Maurice Lacroix aims to pay tribute to its home: the green landscape of the Swiss Jura known as Saignelégier, a small village in the heart of the Franches-Montagnes. To mark its 50th anniversary, Maurice Lacroix has therefore released three limited edition models, inspired by the natural beauty of this region.

The dial features Maurice Lacroix’s signature ‘Vagues du Jura’ motif. This was first used in a Masterpiece model. The intricate pattern reflects the image of the ‘undulating hills’. The model we are showing here, in the striking colour ‘Sapin Green’, is inspired by the fir trees (French: ‘sapin’) that adorn the hills around Saignelégier. 🌲

The textured dial is further enhanced by the vintage-inspired box-shaped sapphire crystal, which beautifully captures the light.

The solid caseback bears the inscription ‘Limited Edition of 500 pieces’. The two horses among the fir trees are a reference to the famous ‘Franches-Montagnes’, a native horse breed of this region.
