Susan Forde Jewellery x Breast Cancer Cure at Fashion for a Cure 2026

Susan Forde Jewellery is honoured to stand alongside a community united by a shared purpose of supporting vital breast cancer research tonight, Friday 16 October, at Te Pae Christchurch.

Susan Forde is a long-time supporter and contributor of the Breast Cancer Cure foundation. She’s spent the past two years promoting their events, working tirelessly and passionately to raise awareness for an issue that hits close to home.

Tonight, Susan Forde Jewellery is auctioning 3 rings in honour of all women who have fought and are fighting breast cancer: Strength, Hope and Unity.

Strength: the courage to allow oneself to feel afraid, angry, or exhausted, and still take it day by day.

Strength by Susan Forde Jewellery features a beautiful Sri Lankan green trillion sapphire, framed by delicate white and soft pink VVS-grade lab diamonds.

Unity: Alone we can do so little; together we can achieve so much. It is the unbreakable thread that persists beyond cancer’s relentless nature. Together, we stand for a change.

Featuring a beautiful natural green trillion sapphire, framed by delicate white and soft pink diamonds, this distinctive ring will be on display as part of our contribution to an evening dedicated to raising vital funds for breast cancer research.

When Rosa first came to explore my jewellery collection, she was drawn to the Koru stacking rings.

She returned several times, trying on the designs and discovering which pieces felt right for her.

And then came that beautiful moment, admiring the rings on her hand. The joy on her face says it all.

Louise’s Story | A Ring Worth Remembering
Sometimes finding the perfect ring is a journey.
When Louise visited Susan Forde Jewellery, she fell in love with three very different designs.

First was the Ch*****ne Topaz Ring, with its unusual shape and character. Louise affectionately described it as “wonky, like me”.

Next, she tried on the Koru Spiral Ring. Her immediate reaction was “This feels so comfortable.”

Finally, she tried on the elegant Marquise Ring, which you can see close to the camera in the video.

Each ring had something special, but one stayed in her thoughts.

On 17 September, Louise sent me a message. She had made her decision. She wanted the wide-band Koru Ring to be her wedding ring.

Now she is placing her order.

For me, this is what makes designing jewellery so meaningful. It is about discovering the piece that feels right for you, reflects your individuality and becomes part of your personal story.
