I LOVE permanent jewellery, but I'm not the biggest fan of the word “permanent”. Here's why…

The word permanent makes it sound like it's going to last FOREVER and that's not necessarily the case!

What makes permanent jewellery “permanent” is that it's clasp-free and welded closed, rather than having a clasp.

Our chains are made to be worn and loved every day and with the right care they can last for years. But life happens, chains can break, and sometimes you might simply want to take yours off. And that's okay! ✨

For me, it's not about promising something will last forever. It's about creating beautiful pieces that become part of your everyday, mark special moments and hold a little meaning.

So maybe we need a better name for it? 👀😂

But hey… trends are trends! Which one are you saying NOPE to? 👀

Enough said 😂 We just don’t get this one. They look great in photos, but because they sit around the upper arm, they tend to slide down and won’t stay where you put them. Not exactly the effortless, everyday jewellery look we’re after!

✨ 3. Permanent earrings / chains welded into your ear
We’re all for making a statement, but this one is a no from us 🙅🏼‍♀️

✨ 3. PJ so tight it won’t move
Permanent jewellery should be comfortable! Your chain should have a little movement — not leave an imprint or feel like it’s cutting into your skin.

Don't Panic, you can simply cut your jewellery at the weld (if you’re not sure where to cut, just contact us), and when you’re ready to put it back on, book an appointment and we’ll re-weld it for you. ✨
