A New Chapter for Grace Greytown…

After more than two amazing years, it’s time to share some special news.

On 1 November 2025, I will be handing over Grace Greytown to my good friend—and current team member—Ange Janus and her husband, Joe.

With the store continuing to thrive and grow, and with Grant’s new business commitments in Wellington meaning he will no longer be able to support the overall business alongside me, we felt the time was right to pass the reins to new owners, and for me to regain a little more work/life balance, and to support Grant in his management role.

Building this store has been one of the great joys of my life - made possible by our wonderful customers, our supportive community, and the talented makers and brands we work with. We are proud of this successful business we have built together and thank you for your kindness, encouragement, and loyalty from day one!

Ange shares the same passion for beautiful, thoughtfully curated homewares, fashion, gifts, and more. I know she will bring fresh energy while keeping the warm, welcoming spirit you’ve come to expect from Grace Greytown. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be working closely together to ensure a smooth transition, with all existing vouchers, orders, and services continuing as normal.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve created together, and I’m excited to see the next chapter for Grace to continue to flourish under Ange’s guidance. I’ll also continue to work in the shop part-time - so please join me in welcoming Ange and Joe, and do pop in to say hello and congrats!

It is well known that birdsong has a positive effect on us. This very sweet birdbox has a motion sensor that will set off the peaceful sound of birds.
