The Wild Rose engagement ring 🌹

Designed with him. We combined her love for the Nenya ring from 'Lord of the Rings' & her adornment for wild roses.

Made with a diamond in 9ct white gold.
The process started with this drawn design, carving the ring im wax, getting it cast in the gold, polishing it up & setting the diamond.

Presented in a GIVE native wood box with my Elizabeth French Jewellery branding to keep for generations ahead. ✨️

The beginning of Shoreline.

Inspired by the place where the ocean meets the land, this pendant captures the movement, texture, and quiet rhythm of the coastline.

Hand carved in wax, then sand cast in recycled silver, it is set with a kelp-green oval tourmaline that echoes the colours beneath the waves.

Every stage, from the first carving to the final polish, takes place in my Northland studio.

This is the first piece in an ongoing collection. Each Shoreline pendant will be one of a kind, shaped by hand and inspired by the ever-changing coast.

For years, I've been learning the craft; filing, carving, casting, setting, and slowly finding my own way of making jewellery.

Now, every piece leaves my bench with a small mark: EFJ.

It's more than a hallmark. It's a promise that this piece was made by my hands, with care, patience, and respect for the materials it came from.

The ocean has always shaped the way I see the world. It leaves its marks on stone, shell and glass, slowly creating something beautiful through time. I hope my jewellery does the same; becoming part of someone's story, worn every day, passed on, and carrying memories for decades to come.

This little stamp is a quiet reminder that I was here, that I made something with purpose, and that every piece carries a part of my journey.
