Meet Moldavite
A rare “space rock” formed by a meteorite impact over 15 million years ago and often called the “stone of transformation.”
Now, this is usually the kind of job Trond would politely say “NO” to 😅
Why? Because Moldavite is incredibly fragile and can shatter under the wrong pressure during setting.
Our lovely client was gifted this piece and wanted to wear it as a pendant, and was prepared to take the risk, so challenge accepted 💚
Thankfully - one successful setting and one very happy customer and a very relieved jeweller.
