From humble beginnings of gold bar, plate and wire, through to beautifully detailed fine jewellery. The space in between consists of the different stages of traditional handmade jewellery-making. Our clever jewellers utilise the skills and knowledge that they possess, using just their hands, tools and machinery here at our Cuba Street workshop.

We'd love to show you a bit of insight as to how our work takes shape. Here our senior jeweller Jan Bekker is showing us some of the magic of how this beautiful oval diamond trio has come together.

Watch closely, you may see the tiny ball of solder being absorbed into the bridge of the ring as Jan carefully places it and applies heat from the torch, one of our favourite clips from this video.

We're forever amazed by our clever team of jewellers, creating all of our beautiful, fine pieces completely by hand in your choice of precious metals. All beginning their journey of creation from humble beginnings; plate, wire and bar. Using the best of both modern and traditional jewellery-making techniques; rolling, hammering, heating, filing, sawing, bending, twisting etc, to form all of the individual components that are then beautifully polished, before it is constructed with laser precision. The difference is the quality in craftsmanship, long-term durability and all of the intricate details you'll be able to enjoy for a lifetime and beyond.

Endless sparkles and gold lustre. We're in love with this Fancy-cut Diamond wedding ring, custom-fitted perfectly alongside our much-loved Step-cut Diamond Trio engagement ring, creating lots of interest between the different diamond shapes and scintillating effects. Martens wedding ring includes an abstract mountainous profile. There is something really special that happens when we add texture or movement to the surface of the Gold that results in this intense reflection of gold lustre. The set is brought together with the addition of two pink Argyle diamonds. Congratulations M+N! xx
