We accept made to order designs by clients. Location: 195 Makiling Street Palingon Calamba City Laguna Philippines Our physical store/shop is available at Monday until Sunday 8:00 a.m – 8:00 p.m so you can drop and personally choose your accessories. ATTENTION: The accessories are made of polymer clay so they are prone to breakage. They are not durable as metal or plastics, so please wear & handle them care. /!\ MUST READ/!\ TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. No order form, no transactions. 2. Inform or consult the seller. 3. Only the possible designs will be accepted for MTOs (Made to Order). 4. Only “fully paid” items will be processed and delivered. 5. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer. 6. No cancellation of orders. 7. No rushing of orders. 8. No return No exchange policy NOTE: Reservations are only good for 3 days. Reservation means SOLD! and please do not reserve an item if you are not yet sure of buying the items HOW TO ORDER: 1. Simply read the Terms and Conditions before filling up and sending your order form. 2. Once decided and 100% sure on your order, completely fill the order form. 3. Wait for the confirmation via PM (this include your designs, colour, quantity and total billing of your order) 4. The seller requires full payment for all orders, this ensures that you are a legitimate buyer. 5. Only fully paid items will be processed, pay your bill within 3 days. 6. You may send your payment through LBC, Western Union and any Lhuillier. 7. Customers who placed and paid their orders will be first on the list. 8. After the payments have been made, it’s time to make your order. 9. The seller will confirm to you that items have been shipped out. 10. Always keep in touch so that the transaction is smoothly done. Time of span of waiting: (for made to order items) Customers with 1-5 items: minimum of 3-4 days Customers with 6-15 items: minimum of 1 week Customers with 16-30 items: minimum of 1-2 weeks Customers with 31-60 items: minimum of 2-3 weeks SHIPPING POLICY Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice. Tracking your order: You will receive an order confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
