I started with one little fanmeeting idea…

…and somehow ended up making 100 magnetic bookmarks. 😂

They're finally DONE!

But here's the interesting part:

These 100 aren't all going to me or my own giveaway.

I'm giving them to BWS Philippines as an in-kind contribution for their fan project. They can decide whether to sell them for fundraising or give them away to fans.

For me, it's simply a way of saying, “I made something — maybe this can help.”

And yes… making 100 pieces by hand is a story in itself. 😂

I made these for a fanmeeting… but here's the thing. 👀

These magnetic bookmarks started as an idea, became a little craft project, and eventually became something I could give to fellow fans.

And that's what got me thinking…

Why buy everything when you can make some things yourself?

A bookmark doesn't have to be expensive. You can change the colors, use your favorite character or quote, and make one for your fandom.

This particular one was inspired by The Secret Library, but the idea can work for whatever fandom you're into.

May mga bagay ka rin bang ayaw itapon kahit wala ka pang idea kung saan gagamitin? 😂
Ako, guilty.
Yung maliit na tira ng vinyl? Itabi muna.
Yung tatlong beads na naiwan? Baka kailanganin.
Yung cute na charm na hindi ko nagamit? Sayang naman. 😂
And sometimes, months—or even years—later, biglang may project na paggagamitan pala.
Kaya siguro hindi ako masyadong mabilis magtapon ng craft supplies. 😂
May “baka magamit ko pa” box ka rin ba?
Ano ang pinaka-random na bagay na itinabi mo dahil feeling mo someday magagamit mo? 👇

Hindi lahat ng part ng paggawa ng fan merch exciting. 😂
Case in point: WEEDING.
Yung kailangan mong tanggalin isa-isa ang maliliit na pieces ng vinyl para lumabas yung actual design.
Tedious? Yes.
Nakakaubos ng pasensya? Also yes. 😂
Pero habang ginagawa ko ito, naisip ko… parang buhay din natin.
Minsan, may mga bagay na kailangang alisin ni Lord sa atin—mga imperfections, wrong attitudes, habits, hurts, even things we thought we needed to keep.
Hindi laging comfortable. Hindi rin laging mabilis.
But just like this piece of vinyl, God patiently works on us, little by little, until what He intended us to become starts to show.

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
— Ephesians 2:10

This scrapbook started as a fan project. But somehow, even the tedious parts reminded me that the hands of our Maker are always at work. 💜
And maybe that's what Storykeeping is about too—making things with our hands while remembering the stories God is writing with our lives.

Akala ng iba simpleng sticker lang ito.
Pero para sa akin, paalala ito sa tatanggap na may mensaheng naghihintay sa loob.
Hindi ko alam kung kailan nila ito bubuksan.
Hindi ko alam kung babasahin nila agad.
Pero naniniwala ako na ang Salita ng Diyos ay may kakayahang abutin ang puso ng tao sa tamang oras.
Minsan ang role natin ay hindi para mangumbinsi.
Minsan ang role natin ay mag-anyaya.

Sa totoo lang, hindi ko alam kung ano ang ginagawa ni God sa puso ng bawat tumatanggap nito.
May ilan na agad nagbubukas ng package.
May ilan na inilalagay muna sa bulsa.
May ilan na nakangiting nagsasabing “Salamat po.”

Hindi ko hawak ang bunga.
Pero naniniwala ako na walang nasasayang na kabutihang may kasamang Mabuting Balita.

Kung may isang tao kang gustong ma-encourage na mag-share ng Gospel sa simpleng paraan, i-share mo itong post sa kanya.

Minsan hindi natin kailangan ng mahahabang salita para maipakita ang kabuuan ng Gospel:

Hindi ko sinasabing mali ang pagbibigay ng tract.
Actually, mahalaga pa rin iyon.

Pero sa personal experience ko, mas nagiging intentional ang tao kapag may kasama itong maliit na keepsake na ginawa nang may pag-ibig.

Minsan ang bracelet ang dahilan para hindi nila agad itapon ang package.
At baka ang ilang minutong pagbasa nila ng Gospel tract ang maging simula ng pakikipag-usap ng Diyos sa puso nila.

Save this post kung gusto mong subukan ang ganitong paraan ng pag-share ng Gospel.
